Mini Quiches
with Vegetables, Mushrooms and Prawns
INGREDIENTS
1 puff pastry dough
200 g of assorted mushrooms
Fresh garlic
150 g prawns
Salt
Pepper
EVOO
1 carton of single cream
3 eggs
SERVES 4 – 1 HOUR
METHOD
1. Chop the mushrooms and garlic.
2. Put them in a frying pan, season with salt and pepper and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add the fried vegetables and the prawns to the bowl.
5. Mix it all together and place it on the individual pastry bases, pre-cut with a mould.
6. Put them in the oven at a temperature of 200º for about 10 minutes.
Optional: Add cheese.
