INGREDIENTS
40 g butter
50 g toasted corn
130 g fondant chocolate 50% cocoa
130 g milk chocolate for desserts
Salt flakes
SERVES 4 – 1 HOUR AND 10 MINUTES
3. Add the butter and melt it with the chocolate and mix them together.
4. Once it has blended together, add the toasted corn and mix it all together well.
